Schakel eerst de machine uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact. Wacht 10 seconden, steek de stekker weer in het stopcontact en zet de machine aan.
Blijft de startknop op je NEO Latte machine nog steeds rood branden? Waarschijnlijk heeft je machine dan een technisch probleem.
Neem dan contact op met onze consumentenservice via 0800 365 2348 (ma t/m vr 08.00-18.00, za 09.00-15.00, zo gesloten). Vermeld dat je machine de fout 'n2-error-10004' heeft, en ons team zal hun best doen het probleem op te lossen.
First things first, turn off and unplug your machine. Wait for 10 seconds, plug it back in and turn it on.
Is the start button on your NEO machine still displaying a steady red light? It’s likely that your machine has a technical issue.
